We’ll begin your training program by establishing your current levels in strength, agility, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and body composition (if desired). We’ll use this information (which we’ll keep confidential), as well as your goals, to design a program that will help you move ahead.

Trainer’s Tip
Research shows that people who work with a professional trainer or coach have greater success adhering to an exercises program, and, as a result, achieve better results than those who workout solo.

Working with a trainer one-on-one is the most focused training option. Your sports performance coach is dedicated solely to helping you address your unique challenges and accommodating your busy schedule.

Partner Training
Share workouts and costs with one or two of your friends of similar fitness level. Benefit from the camaraderie and motivation that comes from pushing each other toward new levels of accomplishment.

Small-Group Training
Training with a group is a fun and effective way to add motivation to your exercise routine. Our small-groups comprise 4-6 people of similar fitness level. Workouts target all areas of functional fitness, from agility and flexibility to core conditioning, strength and power. You can establish your own group with three or more friends, or we can match you with an existing group if one is available that meets your fitness needs and schedule.
